Personal Care Assistance (PCA) and Community First Services and Supports (CFSS)
			
			
All PCA and CFSS workers are required by the Minnesota Department of Human Services (DHS) to complete training and pass a certification test before providing care.
Step 1: PCA/CFSS Worker Training
- Go to the official DHS training website.
- Complete all sections of the PCA/CFSS training.
- Keep your completion details for reference.
Step 2: PCA/CFSS Worker Test
- After finishing the training, take the online test on the same DHS website.
- Print or download your completion certificate once you pass.
- Submit your certificate to Hero Homecare HR for verification.
After You Pass
Save or print your PCA/CFSS certificate.
